Buying Guide
During your visit to the Zeniscultori.com online catalogue of wooden articles, you will be able to purchase one or more products. Purchasing is simple, just add the chosen article to the shopping cart by clicking on it and adding the desired quantity at the same time (the standard quantity will be 1). To request further products, simply repeat the operation.
The chosen product will be added to the shopping cart and the total price will automatically appear. This data is visible in the area below the header image ‘items in cart’ and ‘total price’.
Click on the ‘go to checkout’ indication to be able to pay for the items. At this point you can still interrupt the transaction, afterwards no more.
The steps to complete the order are as follows:
- Order summary: you can delete items in the shopping cart or change the quantities: to move on to the next step click on “Continue order”.
- Master data: this data is required in order to be able to acquire the order, issue the corresponding tax document and ship the articles in the shopping cart; a red asterisk indicates the fields that must be filled in.
- Order confirmation: all the data acquired are summarised in a single table; in the table the shipping costs are also calculated and displayed according to the total amount of the order and the destination; if the data displayed are correct, clicking the “Confirm order” button takes you to Payment.
- Paymentby Pay-pal: by selecting this type of Pay-Pal payment, via the “Place order” button you directly access your account from which you can directly authorise payment, which is automatically transmitted to the zeniscultori.com site
– an e-mail of receipt of the executed order is automatically sent.
Please note: the order amount is not debited immediately but is charged at the moment when zeniscultori.com accepts the order. - Cash on delivery payment: in Italy this type of payment is possible up to an amount of Euro 2000.00. With cash on delivery payment there will be an additional cost of Euro 10.00.
- Paymentby bank transfer: this type of payment is possible for any amount. For orders by bank transfer an additional three to five working days must be taken into account, as the goods are only shipped after receipt of the bank transfer.
If payment is not made within 15 days after ordering, the order is automatically cancelled.
