Withdrawal policy

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 (fourteen) days without needing to provide reasons. The cancellation period is 14 (fourteen) days from the date

• where the buyer or a third person nominated by the buyer, other than the carrier, has taken physically possession of the goods, ordered within a single order and delivered uniformly;
• where the buyer or a third person nominated by the buyer, other than the carrier, has taken physical possession of the last goods, in case of multiple products within a single order and these are supplied separately;
• where the buyer or a third person nominated by the buyer, other than the carrier, has taken possession of the last piece, if the order refers to multiple lots or pieces.

The buyer may withdraw from the sales contract by contacting directly Renzo Zeni, by writing (e-mail, fax or letter) within 14 days or by returning the goods before this deadline if they have already been delivered.

Consequences of cancellation

By cancelling this agreement within the specified deadline, we will fully refund all costs received from the buyer, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arriving from special delivery other than the standard delivery that Zeni Renzo provide), without delay and reimburse within fourteen days from the date on which the received notification of cancellation of this agreement has been made. The reimbursement of the repayment will be made by bank transfer. Therefore we need your bank account with IBAN, SWIFT/BIC number. We have the right to withhold the reimbursement until such time as the goods have been received or that the buyer can demonstrate that the goods have left its possession.

The deadline is granted if the goods have been sent within the 14 days expiry period. All return costs are to be borne by the customer. In addition, the buyer is required to reimburse for damaged goods if it is established that the damage was directly due to the event of mishandling of the goods by the buyer.

The right of cancellation is not valid for distance selling contracts specifying the delivery of goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or goods which are clearly tailored to personal needs
